Nicholas's knowledge of the area between Town Hall and Central is unsurpassed and this was instrumental in completing a successful sale at auction. For example: -
Nicholas nominated the eventual purchaser as someone who would be interested in the property before we commenced the marketing campaign.
During the campaign he produced a very tempting offer to lease the premises, which shows his ability to "think outside the square".
Nicholas is also a "vendors agent" and acted in our best interests through out the campaign, not the purchasers.
Nicholas is very experienced in negotiation and we were fortunate to have a person with such a background work on the property.
